Bindu  has done her MSW from Jamia Millia & graduation in Economics from Lady Shri Ram College, Delhi University. She has to her credit a Masters degree in Economics & a diploma in Training & Development. She has headed the HR function in reputed IT firms and in her professional career she has worked for NIIT Ltd, GE Capital, Net Across Ltd, Amway India Enterprises, Engineers India Ltd and TGK (India) Ltd an authorized training centre of Oracle, Cressanda Solutions Ltd. Her expertise lies in synergizing Talent Acquisition, HR best practices, HR strategies and operations, Organization structuring and Organizational Development.Bindu is a Core member of NAESCON. She is a visiting faculty in MBA institutes.

Sangeeta Nagrath, Founder Partner (sangeeta@hrbridges.net)

Sangeeta Nagrath is an Alumni of Delhi College of Engineering. Sangeeta brings with her a rich experience of over two decades from the software Development side. In her career she has been in the Software Development and has worked with IDM (the earlier name of  IBM in India), SSL and Precision Engineering. Sangeeta has a rich hands on experience and indepth knowledge of Automotive Industry.sangeeta has been instrumental in Design and development of  niche software products She is also on the management board of a couple of automotive Ancillaries.

Anuradha Bharadwaj, Founder Partner (anuradha@hrbridges.net)

Anuradha Bharadwaj is an alumni of Hindu college in Sociology. She is an MBA in Financial management from Symboises and MA in Sociology. Anuradha brings with her a very rich experience in the Transportation domain. She has worked for close to a decade with Philips Software and was associated with Air India, Indian Airlines, and Vayudoot in her earlier assignment. She has extensive and in-depth knowledge of Global Travel domain.

Kanta S Paul,  Advisor MA (English).

Kanta is an avid writer and has won National level awards in writing .She is our advisor in Counselling services.

Surinder Pal, Advisor  MA (Economics),  Foreign language expert ,Chinese .He is our advisor in BFSI vertical and new market initiative.
